"Real estate is my game," Cathy says of the business she has loved for the past fourteen years. Prior to coming to the desert in 2004, Cathy previously worked in Orange County specializing in the communities of Fullerton and La Mirada where she earned "Top Producer" status for most of those years. Cathy found early on that her integrity, honesty and willingness to put herself in her client's shoes were the cornerstones of her real estate business - she knew she had found the right profession.

Golf entered the picture about ten years ago, and her life hasn't been the same since. This is a game that never gives back to you. Rigorous practice, countless hours on the practice range and playing whenever the opportunity arises, she has managed to currently carry a 9 handicap. "It sounds better than what it looks like," she jokes. As a full time resident of the desert, golf courses are almost empty during summer which has become her favorite season. Winters are lovely, but once the temperature drops below 80 degrees she heads indoor, and starts looking for sweatshirts.

The real estate market and technologies have changed considerably in the last several years.
